We will respond within 48 hours to process your request for exchange if it meets our requirements. Please ensure you provide detailed information, the reason for the exchange, and clear photos of the item. This will help us assist you more efficiently. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the returned product's value for future purchases. We also offer alterations! You can either send the product back for custom adjustments, or you can get it altered locally – we provide enough margin for that.
