1. What should I do if I received an incorrect item or need a size exchange?
If you’ve received the wrong product or need a different size, we offer exchanges but do not accept returns. Simply email us at connect@daashindia.com with your request. We will respond within 48 hours to process your request for exchange if it meets our requirements. Please ensure you provide detailed information, the reason for the exchange, and clear photos of the item. This will help us assist you more efficiently. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the returned product's value for future purchases. We also offer alterations! You can either send the product back for custom adjustments, or you can get it altered locally – we provide enough margin for that. 

2. Is there a shipping fee?
No, all orders come with free shipping!

3. How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 10-15 days. If your order is urgent, please email us on connect@daashindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7890011110 and we’ll try to expedite the process for you. 

4. Do you offer customizations?

5. Are there any discounts for new customers?
Absolutely! We offer a 10% discount for first-time buyers. Just apply the discount code during checkout to enjoy this offer.

6. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are only accepted in the case of receiving the wrong product. Exchanges are available solely for size changes. We do not process refunds, but we’re here to help ensure you get the right fit! 

7. What happens if the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can either pre-order it or get in touch with us, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again.

8. Will I get a reimbursement for self-shipping costs?
Yes, if we cannot arrange a reverse pickup for your location, you can ship the item yourself and we will reimburse you up to Rs. 200 for the shipping charges. Feel free to email us at connect@daashindia.com for assistance.

9. Where are Daash Clothing items made?
Our clothing is manufactured in-house at our facility in Kolkata, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
