At Daash Clothing, we deliver to every pin code across India. We've teamed up with top logistics providers to ensure your products are handled with care and arrive promptly.
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders at Daash Clothing are typically processed and shipped within 10 to 15 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you and keep you updated.
ORDER TRACKING
After your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email containing a Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
ORDER DELIVERY
For deliveries within India, our logistics partners generally deliver shipments within 3-5 days after dispatch. All orders will be delivered within 10-15 days. However, unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues may occasionally cause delays. Please use the tracking information provided in your registered email to stay updated on your order status.
Important Note: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required to receive your package, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. If you do not receive the OTP, it may result in the non-delivery of the package. This situation is beyond our control and may incur additional charges if the package is returned to our warehouse. Any additional shipping costs for reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Daash Clothing Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind about your order? We understand that fashion can be a personal journey. At Daash Clothing, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We have 1-2 days of a return policy. Returns are only accepted in the case of receiving a wrong product from our side. If this happens, please email us at connect@daashindia.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Be sure to provide us with proper information, including the reason for the return and clear images of the item. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the returned product's value for future purchases. The validity of the voucher will be provided in the email attached to the voucher. We will respond to your request within 48 working hours.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges exclusively for size changes. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or need a different fit, simply contact us at connect@daashindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Please remember to send us the original item in its unused condition and packaging.
How It Works
- Notify Us: Email us at connect@daashindia.com with the required details and images. We will confirm your return/exchange request within 48 working hours. Exchange of the product can be done within 2 working days.
- Ship the Item: If approved, return the product in its original packaging. We will arrange for pick-up, but in case we are not able to arrange for a reverse pickup for your location, you can ship the item yourself, and we will reimburse you up to Rs. 200 for the shipping charges.
Refund Policy
We do not provide any refunds in any circumstances. All sales are final. Once the payment is made, it cannot be refunded. We have a non refundable policy.
